Please click HERE to process your return through our portal. Full-priced items purchased from everaftershop.com may be returned within 14 days of receipt by mail or in any everafter store location. A $12 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping charge.
Returns will be issued by original form of payment for merchandise returned in its original condition, with price tag attached. Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered. Cool stuff must be returned in its original packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Undergarments and swimwear should be tried on over underclothing, ensuring that the protective hygiene strip remains in place and intact. Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit online or in store. All face masks and coverings are final sale.
Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved. everafter is not able to offer merchandise exchanges or store credits.
Return approval is at the discretion of everaftershop.com and we reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.
